01 About these Terms

Cside ("we", "us", "our") designs and sells medical scrubs, gowns, and related apparel, including the licensed Cside × Snoopy collection. Browsing and product selection happen on this website; checkout and order fulfilment are completed on our store platform at csidescrubs.shop.zaviago.com, operated by our commerce partner Zaviago. These Terms apply to everyone who accesses this site or buys from us.

02 Orders & pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may decline or cancel an order at any time — for example, if an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Prices, colors, and product details are shown as accurately as possible, but screens vary and slight differences in shade or measurement may occur. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice; the price that applies to your order is the one confirmed at checkout. Optional name or logo embroidery can be added to eligible items at checkout for an additional fee.

03 Payment

We accept credit and debit card payment only, processed securely by our checkout platform. We do not offer cash on delivery. We do not store your full card details on this website.

04 Shipping & delivery

We ship nationwide within Thailand and to select overseas destinations, including the Philippines. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and is charged on every order — we do not offer free shipping. Estimated delivery is 1–3 business days domestically; overseas delivery windows are guidelines, not guarantees, and can be affected by customs clearance and courier delays. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

05 Returns & exchanges

Unworn, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging may be returned or exchanged in line with the return details provided with your order. Personalised or embroidered items are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us and we will make it right.

06 Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and photographs — belongs to Cside or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

PEANUTS and SNOOPY and all related characters and elements are trademarks of Peanuts Worldwide LLC. The Cside × Snoopy collection is produced and sold under licence. You may not reproduce these characters from our products or imagery.

07 Acceptable use

You agree to use this site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it to infringe the rights of others.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cside is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded.

09 Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.

10 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
